Angel Velez-Grullat, a 21-year-old from Randolph, was apprehended on charges related to drug trafficking following the execution of search warrants at an address in Randolph. The operation was a coordinated effort involving officers from District E-5 (Roslindale/West Roxbury) and District D-4 (South End).
