Twaldo Baez, an 18-year-old resident of South Boston, was apprehended by the U.S. Marshal Task Force in Los Angeles on September 25, after detectives from the Boston Police Fugitive Unit tracked him down. According to the BPD report, Baez was wanted for Two Counts of Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon, specifically a firearm, for an incident that took place late one night in May.
