EVERETT – Two men were arrested and a cache of drugs was seized following a routine traffic stop by Everett police early Saturday morning. George Krabey III, 46, of Saugus, and Richard Evers, 46, of Revere, were taken into custody after Officer Uga, on patrol, spotted a speeding vehicle.
