BOSTON – Boston Police Department officers arrested a man on firearm charges after a routine traffic stop early Tuesday morning. At about 1:06 a.m., officers from District B-3 (Mattapan) pulled over a vehicle in the area of Columbia Road and Seaver Street due to an inoperable front headlight and non-illuminated rear lights.
