Father claims his child became unresponsive after falling from a tabIe after using a chair to gain access, and had already fallen off on several occasions in the past, after he beat the child to death

Boston, MA – According to the police officials, the 34-year-old man, later identified as Francisko, was arrested and later charged with multiple charges, including assault and battery on a child with substantial injury, permitting substantial injury to a child, permitting injury to a child and other charges after he reportedly beat his child to death.
