TEWKSBURY – Chief Ryan Columbus announced the arrest of a Wilmington man following a series of traffic violations on Main Street. Owen Cunningham, 47, of Wilmington, faces charges including failure to stop for police, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, leaving the scene of a property damage accident, marked lanes violation, speeding, and failure to stop for a red light.
