BOSTON – Police in Dorchester are investigating the scene after a dog was shot after it reportedly attacked people in the area of Dakota Street on Monday. The Boston Police Department had several blocks of Dakota Street blocked off Monday night after responding to a 911 call around 8:30 p.m. reporting a dog attack.
