Cape Cod man pleads guilty on drug and gun charges, after fentanyl, ammo, ghost gun seized

BOSTON – A Hyannis man pleaded guilty in federal court in Boston to possession of a firearm and possession with intent to distribute fentanyl. According to the Massachusetts Department of Justice, Timothy Lee Galvin, 32, pleaded guilty to possession of a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime and possession with intent to distribute fentanyl. U.S. District Court Judge Angel Kelley scheduled sentencing for April 3, 2025. Galvin was indicted in August 2023.
