Plows make the rounds across Boston as many welcome the sight of snow

BOSTON – As snow started falling in Boston Sunday night, plows made the rounds around the city to keep the roads and sidewalks clear.

For some Bostonians, the snow was a welcome sight.

“We’re just enjoying the picturesque moments in Boston,” said Alex in the Public Garden. “It’s probably the most beautiful Boston can be, especially in the Public Garden over here with the pond frozen over.”

Sunday’s storm was quick-hitting with the city expected to get up to 8 inches of snow by the time it stops falling early Monday morning. An arctic blast will then hit, with the WBZ Next Weather Team forecasting four consecutive days with highs in the teens and low 20s…
