Boston man to be arraigned after DA says he killed former U.S. soldier in 1992

A Boston man accused of killing a former U.S. soldier at the command of her partner in 1992 will be arraigned in a superior court on Tuesday morning, officials said.

Edward J. Watston, 65, of Mattapan will be arraigned at the Middlesex Superior Court at 10 a.m., Marian Ryan, the Middlesex County District Attorney said in a statement.

Watson is accused of killing Michelle Miller, a 29-year-old former U.S. Army soldier, in a basement of an empty apartment, according to the district attorney’s office. She was the mother of two children and was being abused by her “jealous and violent” partner Daniel J. Innis…
