Sandy Paws Rescue Inc., a foster-based rescue in Massachusetts, recently introduced a small but lively dog named Sparky who is searching for his forever family. “Sparky is appropriately named — he is an energetic little firecracker. Although on paper he is almost two years old, his heart and personality are all puppy,” states the nonprofit rescue. Sparky, weighing in at only 17lbs, brings enthusiasm to everything he does, from enjoying his meals to playing in the backyard.
