‘Lacks understanding’: 2nd mental exam ordered for suspect in Charlestown killing

A second mental health exam has been ordered for the 24-year-old woman accused of killing her 65-year-old boyfriend aboard a Charlestown houseboat in February.

Nora Nelson appeared in Charlestown District Court on Monday for a status hearing after her attorney, Ian Davis, filed for a mental competency evaluation on April 9.
