Boston man arrested for drug trafficking after police surveillance operation

BOSTON — A Boston man was arrested on drug trafficking charges after police surveillance operations across multiple neighborhoods led to the discovery of heroin, crack cocaine and cocaine.

At about 12:30 p.m., on Thursday, May 1, officers assigned to the Drug Control Unit of District B-3 (Mattapan) and District E-18 (Hyde Park) arrested Franklin Mejia Martinez, 26, of Boston.
