Boston woman hit man on electric scooter with her car, stabbed him, DA says

A 42-year-old woman is facing multiple criminal charges in connection with an incident where prosecutors say she hit a man with her car, then stabbed him in the middle of the street in Roxbury.

Boston police were called to Marvin Street and Shawmut Avenue in Roxbury at around 3 a.m. on May 13, Suffolk County District Attorney Kevin Hayden said in a statement. Arriving officers found a man lying in a pool of blood, with cuts to his forehead and hand. The man told officers he had been stabbed. He was taken to Boston Medical Center.

Prosecutors say surveillance video shows a gray Audi SUV driven by Stokes hit a man on an electric scooter on Roxbury Street at around 2:04 a.m. Stokes and a passenger, Jacqueline Adeyemi, 54, got out of the car and walked toward the man, according to the statement…
