A Lynn man admitted in Salem Superior Court Thursday that he murdered his 80-year-old mother, according to Essex County District Attorney Paul Tucker’s office.
Alfredo Paratore, 53, pleaded guilty to second-degree murder and was sentenced to life in state prison with the possibility of parole after 25 years, the district attorney’s office wrote in a statement.
The killing occurred on June 11, 2021, when Lynn police responded to a call and found Katherine Paratore dead and with “multiple traumatic injuries,” the statement reads…
