A Randolph woman has her eyes on four or maybe eight new tires after she collected a $1 million prize in the Massachusetts State Lottery.

Michelle Ross won the payday playing the new “100X,” the $10 scratch-off ticket that went on sale Tuesday, June 10.

Ross chose to take the lump sum payment of $650,000 (before taxes) rather than the annuity, which would have paid out the full amount over 20 years…
