CEDAC Commits Over $6 Million to Boost Affordable Housing Projects Across Massachusetts

BOSTON– The Community Economic Development Assistance Corporation (CEDAC) announced that it has committed more than $6 million in early-stage financing to support four affordable housing developments in Massachusetts.

These projects are among eight statewide initiatives awarded funding in the 12th annual Supportive Housing competitive round led by the Massachusetts Executive Office of Housing and Livable Communities (EOHLC).

Together, the eight awarded projects will create 146 new rental homes, including 96 units specifically designated for extremely low-income individuals and households, many of whom are transitioning out of homelessness…
