Nearly 100 shoes confiscated from Mass. man illegally selling steroids

Nearly 100 shoes have been confiscated and forfeited after a Quincy man pleaded guilty to illegally selling steroids.

Michael Marshall, 39, was originally charged with one count of distribution of illegal anabolic steroids, a schedule III controlled substance.

The steroids are man-made versions of the “naturally occurring male hormone testosterone that are abused in an attempt to promote muscle growth, enhance athletic or other physical performance, and improve physical appearance,” according to the United States Drug Enforcement Administration…
