Boston rapper Mizzie Cash, born Myles King, is out of prison after being acquitted in the 2021 murder of Marquis Simmons, who was shot on July 10, 2021, near Belvoir Road in Milton. King was released 12 days ago, and we obtained footage of his release via Instagram.

King was arrested the day after the shooting and charged with first-degree murder, carrying a firearm without a license, carrying a loaded firearm, and possession of a large capacity firearm. According to authorities, Simmons, 22, arrived on a moped before being shot and was later pronounced dead at Boston Medical Center.
