A Woonsocket man wanted for an alleged road rage incident in Arizona was captured by police Tuesday morning.
Milton police said they received a report from Medway on Tuesday, alerting them of an interaction with 44-year-old Giovanni Cardona, who was wanted for his involvement in a road rage incident.
