A disgusted resident filed a 311 complaint shortly after noon about the overflowing dumpster behind apartments at 94-96 Itasca St. in Mattapan:
The management company, Greater Boston Management, must be made to clean up this mess, as there is already a rodent problem. No action has been taken since last report.
The city almost immediately marked the complaint closed, noting, “Ticket has been issued by code enforcement officer,” which is the same response it used to close reports about the dumpster filed yesterday and the day before that.
