Admilson Vizcaino, the man who was shot by police after they say he carjacked a trash truck outside a casino in Everett, Massachusetts, pleaded not guilty to several charges Monday.
Vizcaino appeared via Zoom from his hospital bed for the hearing in Malden District Court. A plea of not guilty was entered on his behalf during the brief arraignment.
The court will hold a dangerousness hearing for Vizcaino on August 13 and he’s expected to appear in person…
