On Saturday, August 9, 2025, officers assigned to District B-3 (Mattapan) arrested a 16-year-old Juvenile Male, on firearm related charges.
About 2:45 PM, officers responded to a radio call in the area of Woodrow Avenue and Willowwood Street to investigate a group of juveniles going into a driveway. The group was described as wearing hoodies, with masks over their faces.
Upon arrival, officers parked their cruiser at 166 Woodrow Avenue and observed a group of individuals matching the description. The group immediately took notice of officers’ presence, and attempted to flee down a side pathway. An officer was on the other side of the pathway, which forced the group back towards the cruiser…
