Boston Police Arrest Three Suspected of Drug Trafficking and Firearm Possession in Jamaica Plain

Three individuals were arrested yesterday by officers from multiple Boston Police drug control units, with a loaded firearm and considerable amounts of narcotics in their possession. According to an official report by the Boston Police Department, the arrests took place in Jamaica Plain’s 50 Stedman Street during the execution of search warrants related to an ongoing drug investigation.

Caught in the midst of the operation were Vincent Weaks, Clay Porter, and Virginia Rowell, all residents of Jamaica Plain. The search resulted in the discovery of an RG-14 .22 Caliber Revolver equipped with six rounds in the cylinder, alongside additional ammunition. Conducting a drug investigation, officers also unearthed significant quantities of crack cocaine, fentanyl, cocaine, and marijuana.

The contraband included 93 grams of crack cocaine, 69 grams of fentanyl, 49 grams of cocaine, and 299 grams of marijuana. The seizure was accompanied by digital scales and materials used for drug packaging and distribution.
