A man suspected of murder in a deadly shooting outside a BJ’s store in Dedham, Massachusetts, in June was arrested last week, prosecutors said.
State police tracked James Brown, 23, to a residence in Malden and arrested him Thursday morning, the Norfolk County District Attorney said. The Malden resident was brought to district court, held without bail and later indicted by a grand jury on charges of murder, armed assault with intent to murder, assault with and battery with a firearm and carrying a firearm without a license.
