The U.S. Marshals Service (USMS) in Maine announced the arrest of Dominque Bailey in Lewiston, Maine on Oct. 1. Bailey was wanted on multiple warrants, one being out of the State of Massachusetts for three counts of assault and battery on a family or household member and strangulation or suffocation.
Bailey is alleged to have strangled a 5-year-old child in Peabody before fleeing the scene in the victim’s mother’s vehicle. The stolen vehicle was later recovered by the Androscoggin County Sheriff’s Department several weeks ago.
At the time of the alleged offenses, Bailey was on state probation in Maine for robbery and was additionally charged with a Maine probation violation…
