Last night, October 21, police officers from South Boston’s District C-6 responded to a stabbing incident at 8 Allstate Road. A female victim was reported to have been attacked with a box cutter, according to Boston Police Department’s official release. Officers received a suspect description promptly from the Boston Police Operations.
When the detective, holding a box cutter in his left hand, arrived on the scene, he observed someone matching that description. The detective, giving several commands that were refused, ordered the suspect to drop the weapon. The suspect began advancing towards him while swinging the weapon. Eventually, the suspect heeded the verbal commands and dropped the box cutter, with officers then taking him into custody.
