Boston Woman Arrested in Manchester, NH for Alleged Parental Kidnapping of Minor

A Massachusetts woman, Angelica Gomez, has been arrested in New Hampshire on charges stemming from a parental kidnapping case, U.S. Marshals Service reported. Gomez, 35, was wanted for allegedly kidnapping and endangering a minor relative in Boston’s Dorchester neighborhood back in October 2025. Her apprehension took place at a hotel in Manchester, according to a news release.

As reported by NBC Boston, the child involved in the alleged abduction was found unharmed during Gomez’s arrest, the details surrounding the alleged incident have not been thoroughly disclosed and the Boston Police Department has not been forthcoming with information about this particular case on their news feed, raising questions about the circumstances that led to the authorities naming Gomez as a suspect. The U.S. Marshals Service has, however, confirmed the successful location and safety of the child.

Gomez now faces the justice system, currently charged as a fugitive from justice, and she awaits arraignment in New Hampshire before possible extradition to Massachusetts, Boston 25 News reports. There is no current information available regarding Gomez’s legal representation or any statements from her side…
