The former owner of a pool company who is accused of stealing from customers and leaving a trail of unfinished projects across Massachusetts is expected to enter a plea in his criminal case.
In the wake of an NBC10 Boston investigation, Steve Docchio was arrested on a warrant in 2023 after a Plymouth County grand jury indicted the contractor on multiple felony charges, including larceny.
After several legal delays, the Plymouth Superior Court docket indicates Docchio will be changing his plea on Nov. 18. Judge William Sullivan will then determine if the contractor will spend any additional time behind bars…
