Boston Police Seize Over Two Kilos of Drugs in Roslindale Bust and Four Suspects Charged with Trafficking and Possession

On a typical grey November morning in Roslindale, the Boston Police Department’s dedicated officers, eying the tentacles of the drug trade that too often ensnare our neighborhoods, made a significant bust during a drug investigation and execution of search warrants at 24 Colgate Road.

On Monday, officers from Boston’s Drug Control Units in District E-5 (Roslindale/West Roxbury) and District D-4 (South End) conducted a targeted operation. During the bust, they arrested 34-year-old Shyronn Johnson outside a known address where he had a pending warrant for Failure to Register as a Sex Offender.

Following the skirmish, a search incident to arrest led to the discovery of crack cocaine and a meager sum of cash on Johnson’s person; however, it was inside the lair at 24 Colgate Road that officers struck the motherlode – an agglomeration of narcotics comprised of 1,000 grams of Methamphetamine, 1,055 grams of Pink Cocaine, 54 grams of Cocaine, 80 grams of Fentanyl, and additional cash, as detailed in a report published on the Boston Police Department’s official website…
