Amidst the sea of regular city dwellers, there’s a man who stands out with his unique attire. This individual, who appears to be in his 40s or 50s, sports a look that can be best described as goth Victorian. His ensemble includes a heavy black coat, a black vest, a brooch, large silver rings, and black jeans. However, from the neck up, he looks like any other middle-aged man with grey hair, facial hair, and glasses. This intriguing character, always engrossed in his phone with earbuds plugged in, was first noticed around Halloween. Since then, he has been spotted twice, sparking curiosity and speculation among fellow commuters.
