Clipper systems will move by the northeast over the next few days, but the snow drought for Boston continues. In fact, we’re tied (as of Dec. 6) in third place for the longest streak of no measurable snow at Logan Airport.
Sunday is starting off dry, but frosty and icy. Temps reach the mid to upper 30s for most as the clouds thicken. A quick clipper system swings into northern New England, giving the mountains up north a couple inches of snow, higher elevations 3-5 inches of snowfall through tonight. Boston and areas southeast may see a sprinkle or quick flurry after nightfall.
