Unlicensed Corvette C8 Driver Blames ‘Wrong Turn’ After Getting Stuck On Train Tracks

Authorities no doubt interact with Corvettes and their drivers fairly often. Sometimes it’s for speeding. Sometimes the cars are stolen. And sometimes, they’re inexplicably stranded on train tracks. That last scenario is exactly what prompted a Thursday night post from the Massachusetts Bay Transit Authority.

Not only did they find the mid-engined sports car stuck on the tracks, but they also found a driver appeared to follow one questionable decision with another, then another.

According to Transit Police, officers were dispatched at 4:55 p.m. to the intersection of Beacon and Marion Streets, in Brookline, a town outside of Boston, where they found the bright two-seat coupe sitting directly on the rails…
