Police officer, another pedestrian struck by vehicle in Boston

Two pedestrians, including a police officer, were injured Thursday night when they were hit by a vehicle in Boston.

Officers responded around 9:14 p.m. to the motor vehicle crash at the intersection of Clarendon and Boylston streets, according to the Boston Police Department.

A preliminary investigation shows a Boston police motorcycle officer and another pedestrian were struck by a vehicle in that area. Both victims were taken to local hospitals for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries…
