A bus driver in Wilmington, Massachusetts, has been suspended after an investigation revealed he allegedly touched a child inappropriately.
Wilmington police say the 70-year-old male driver, whose name was not released, has been summonsed to Woburn District Court, and officials are seeking to charge him with assault and battery, and indecent assault and battery on a child under 14.
The Wilmington Police Department says it began an investigation into the man on Dec. 8 after they were notified of potentially inappropriate social media activity by the bus driver.
