A Trinitarios gang member could avoid life in prison after pleading guilty to charges in connection with two murders and two other attempted murders.
Michael Miliano, also known as “Trucho,” 23, pleaded guilty on Dec. 15 to conspiracy to conduct enterprise affairs through a pattern of racketeering activity, more commonly referred to as RICO conspiracy.
Miliano was arrested and charged in February along with two dozen leaders, members and associates of the Trinitarios gang. The gang members were charged with federal offenses, including racketeering conspiracy in connection with six murders and 11 attempted murders.
