Amtrak service in and out of Boston is temporarily stopped due to downed wires on the tracks on Monday, the railroad said Monday afternoon.
It was estimated that it will take an hour and a half to two hours to clear it up, Amtrak Northeast posted on social media around 3 p.m. This comes in the midst of the busy holiday travel period surrounding Christmas and New Year’s.
