BILLERICA, MA — A Chelmsford man has been arrested and charged with using stolen identities and distributing cocaine in the region following a multi-agency investigation.
Felix Garcia, 60, of Chelmsford, faces charges of identity fraud, possession or use of a false or stolen RMV document, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended or revoked license, and possession of cocaine with intent to distribute as a subsequent offense.
