Grinch appears to have been at Wellesley Free Library: ‘On their walls, he left nothing but hooks and some wire…’

It’s in between art exhibits in the James E. Mahoney Foyer of Wellesley Free Library, leaving what appears to be the work of the Grinch, who famously after stuffing the tree up the chimney left little else. “On their walls, he left nothing but hooks and some wire…,” per the Dr. Seuss story.

Expect a new exhibit to be displayed in early 2026.
