WORCESTER – A Boston-based developer is looking to add a 197-unit apartment complex to the skyline surrounding Polar Park, plans show.
GFI Partners, is eyeing 115 Madison St., a 1.4-acre open lot it wants to buy from Madison Properties, a company with hands in projects near Polar Park.
