A South Boston man was arrested after he allegedly stabbed another man to death inside a Cambridge apartment on Tuesday night.
Victor Rivas, 51, was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon resulting in serious bodily injury following the incident at a Norfolk Street apartment complex, the Middlesex County District Attorney’s Office announced in a release.
