Massachusetts Auditor Diana DiZoglio said she plans to sue the agency that oversees Boston Logan International Airport to seek additional information related to her office’s probe of settlement agreements across state government.
During a news conference on Wednesday, the Methuen pol said the Massachusetts Port Authority entered into a $1.37 million settlement agreement in 2022 that took advantage of non-disclosure and non-disparagement language to conceal “a host of allegations” that included gender- and disability-based discrimination and unequal pay.
DiZoglio said her office’s review of the agency, frequently referred to as Massport, “raises concerns that there may be additional settlements that have not been disclosed or found through our review.”…
