A Vermont man who is facing charges following an altercation during a Bruins game has been ordered to stay away from TD Garden and the man he allegedly pushed down the stairs at the Boston venue earlier this month.
After several postponements, 48-year-old Aaron Tucker was arraigned Thursday on charges of assault and battery, and assault and battery on a person over 60, the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office announced. A not guilty plea was entered on his behalf.
Judge James Coffey released Tucker on personal recognizance, ordering him to stay away from TD Garden and the victim until at least his next court appearance in March…
