Frigid conditions continue in Massachusetts, where Wednesday will begin and end with sub-zero wind chills.
High temperatures across the state will only reach the low 20s in Boston, Worcester, Springfield and Cape Cod & the Islands, while the Berkshires will top out at 16 degrees, according to the National Weather Service. Despite mostly sunny skies, a consistent wind will make residents feel 10 to 15 degrees colder throughout the day.
