Dangerously cold conditions are headed to Massachusetts, with wind chills plunging between minus 10 to minus 20 degrees across much of the state and potentially reaching minus 25 degrees over higher elevations.
An extreme cold warning was issued in the Berkshires due to temperatures that could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes. The warning is issued until 11 a.m. Friday.
