33-year-old Massachusetts Man Granted Parole After Being Sentenced To Life In Prison

A 33-year-old Massachusetts man has been granted parole for killing a man in Waltham when he was 18.

On October 2, 2012, Shaquan Jacobs pleaded guilty to second-degree murder in Middlesex Superior Court and was sentenced to life in prison with the chance of parole.

Prior to the heist on September 30, 2010, Jacobs, Wallace Duarte, and Benjamin Peirce went to the Dollar Store in Waltham to get supplies for the crime. The guys, including Daniel Louis, then obtained a firearm, according to the Massachusetts Parole Board…
