Boston firefighters responded to a fire at the rear of a three-family home at 667 Adams Street. The Boston Fire Department’s official X account said the fire required a second alarm, which was called around 2:15 p.m.

Firefighters were able to contain the fire to the exterior porches, preventing it from spreading to the interior of the building or nearby structures. One firefighter was transported by Boston EMS, according to the Boston Fire Department’s update on X. The extent of the firefighter’s injuries has not been released…
