State and local code inspectors shut down two bodyworks businesses in Stoneham on Friday amid an investigation into the businesses involving FBI Boston’s human trafficking task force, according to police.
Stoneham police and members of the task force accompanied inspectors from the Stoneham Board of Health, the Stoneham Building Department and the Massachusetts Occupational Licensing Division during “coordinated inspections” of three town bodyworks spas on Friday, Stoneham police said in a press release.
Two of the spas — Natural Healing of Asia and All Season Spa, located at 62G and 62L Montvale Ave. — were found in violation of code and ordered to close, police said. They will not be allowed to reopen until they achieve full compliance with state and local requirements…
