Boston – Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office secured guilty verdicts following an eight-day jury trial against Fritz Gabriel, 71, of Milton, in connection with a scheme to defraud MassHealth, the state’s Medicaid Program, as well as charges related to illegal prescribing and the unlicensed practice of dentistry.
On February 9, 2026, Mr. Gabrial was found guilty on charges of:
- One count of Medicaid False Claims
- One count of Larceny Over $1,200
- One count of Unlicensed Practice of Dentistry
- One count of Illegally Prescribing Controlled Substances
