BOSTON (WBZ NewsRadio) — United Airlines has decided to make a strict rule change for those who don’t wear headphones.
A new rule was tucked away in the airline’s Contract of Carriage in February, which says passengers who aren’t wearing headphones while listening to audio or video are subject to removal from the flight. In some cases, travelers could even be banned from United.
